Welcome to the Washington Elementary School website,

Washington Elementary School is a wonderful caring community where the staff takes pride to teach our students and the students are dedicated to learning! Our teachers are committed to a high-quality learning experience focused on the individual needs of each child. We strive to be creative and innovative in our instruction to engage students in their learning through a variety of STEAM activities, applications of technology, and 21st Century skills. 

Washington Elementary School, is located in Waterbury, Connecticut, and has approximately 300 students. Our school community strives to provide excellence in academics. As a district, we are committed to our mission of preparing students to be productive citizens and life-long learners in an ever-changing world. 

Our primary goal at Washington Elementary School is to help all students achieve their full potential and find success in pursuing lifelong goals. We are unconditionally committed to providing the best possible educational experience for our students. We believe that there are numerous opportunities, within our curriculum for our students to gain the skills that will allow them to be successful in their lives.
